Hello,

Upon my initial install of CC Cleaner I got the error that is reportedly associated with the scenario of not having admin rights on the machine. I do - so I was unsure what went wrong when installing. Now, when I try to re-install, I get a different error. This one reads "Installed Integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy."

So it seems something is stuck or half-written preventing me from attempting a new install.

What do I need to do in order to undo everything so I am starting from scratch again?

First you use Add/Remove to un-instal. Then with luck you can re-instal
