why does my cleaner stop at 24%at system temp files

why does my cleaner stop at 24%at system temp files for a long time[five minutes or sometimes longer-I there an issue with my computer or what. It never used to do it before.

Did you change any settings or installed any software or any other thing of the sort before this happened?
