Internet Explorer 8 - Suggested Sites stop working

When I run CCleaner and restart IE 8 the Suggest Sites no longer work regardless of how much surfing I do until I do as instructed in error message and Click on Tools - UnCheck Suggested Sites and Recheck Suggested Sites. Then the Suggested Sites work well until I run CCleaner again.

Any ideas? :unsure:
