So i figured before i left after i had installed a bunch of stuff to clean my computer with the registry cleaner. The next morning all of my fulltext_languages for sql 2005. Meaning all of the databases on my machine i can now no longer search off of them. After a bit of searching and wondering i figured i would try in the off chance to use the registry backup created by ccleaner and it fixed my problem. So if it is possible for that bug to get fixed so i will use the registry cleaner portion again.

You can exclude the area of the registry where the settings are stored, and CCleaner will never clean it again:
1. Start CCleaner.
2. Click Options->Exclude->Add Registry
Complexity of incoherent design.
