Problem with PowerIE 6

When I use Issues in CCleaner, i get 2 wrong messages:
obsolete sofware key | technicland | HKCU\Software\Technicland
obsolete sofware key | technicland | HKLM\Software\Technicland
if i remove this keys, PowerIE (by tehnicland www.technicland.com) don't work

the 2 keys, In RegEdit are empty but PowerIE need them to work !
