CCleaner seems hyperactive.
When I logged to my banking site, the account number was blank, and I hit some security questions because the bank site did not recognize my computer...

Welcome to the Forums.
First of all, I like the way you put it, "CCleaner eats the good cookies"

Open CCleaner. Go to Options and then "Cookies" . You can put the sites you want to keep the cookies to the "Cookies to Keep" list using the "->" button.

Cheers. Post back.
