VMware or Hyper-V

VMware is clearly the best of breed right now. But Microsoft is coming out with Hyper-V--for free no less. Seeing as EMC bought VMware, seems like the inevitable will be to migrate to Hyper-V. Anyone have experience running both? Advantages or disadvantages on either?
