I want to remove programs with ccleaner since I heard it's more effective but whenever i try to remove a program with ccleaner my computer says I need admin priv to do it. Is there anyway around this? because it's a drag switching through accounts just to remove a program

CCleaner just uses a programs own uninstaller to uninstall it. It's just quicker, but no different, than using Windows Add/Remove.
If you don't have the rights to use Add/Remove, using CCleaner won't make a difference I'm afraid.

thanks. Is deleting something with windows the same as deleting with ccleaner too?

Yes it's the same (if you are talking about uninstalling programs)
