Hi,
What does CCleaner remove from the programs in the applications area, specifically Office 2007, and is it safe to do so? (I am running 32-bit Vista Home Premium)
Thanks.

Hi, qwertymn, and welcome to Piriform.
As stated in the CCleaner guide:

All perfectly safe to clean, as long as you don't need to retain any of those features, or keep important documents in temp files, as some people do to their cost sadly.
As stated in the CCleaner guide:
Quote
If an application is simply listed in the Applications, Internet, Multimedia, Utilities, or Windows sections with no details, the cleaning process will typically clear out document history (MRUs), visited URLs, and temporary files for that application.
