Hello - newbie here.
A friend recommended your site to me. Can your software help me with an external drive that is no longer recognized by my computer?

Probably not, if your pc can't see the drive. Just try it, download and run Recuva. If the drive is not in the drop-down box on the left then you're out of luck. If it is there then tick the Scan for non-deleted files box in Options/Actions.

same problem, I put my old hard drive in an enclosure and plugged it in. The drive shows up on the computer, but when I attempt to access it says, unreadable, file or directory is corrupt. Is is even work trying recuva?
