I am trying to schedule to run once a week, but am being asked for a password and I do not use such. Should I be just ignoring, or is there something I am missing?

If your using Windows Task Sceduler on XP then you are being prompted for the admin password. If your using a standard user account, then it would be the admin password you chose durring the initial setup. If your user account is an admin account, the nit would be your password you use to logon to Windows.
