start up time

the last two product updates...when clicking on the icon to begin the program i have a 15 second wait before the program opens...I am running windows XP and windows 7...both systems have this issue

right click the cc cleaner icon and go to properties then go to compatibility then check the box that allows the program to "run as administrator "
