Hijackthis log - please help!

Hi - I keep getting a blue screen and an error message saying that the Windows logon process system process terminated...

This so frustrating.

Here is my hijackthis log. Can someone take a look and tell me what to do.

My family and I are desperate to end this problem.

Well I dont see anything major in your log. Try this anyway though.(It could just not be showing up).

Go to the following website and install and follow the directions listed for each program:

Could you post a screenshot of the error message, if not, then just make a note of what it say's exactly and post that instead.

Yes, just happened again.

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

The best I can do at the momemt is point you to this page:

Which will take a bit of reading, but you might be able to pick a bit out that seems relevant to your scenario.
