It is said in the version history of CCleaner, they recreated it entirely using C++.

Why do you ask are you trying to decompile it?
Resource Hacker won't decompile it will only extract graphics from it. If you use Resource Hacker on Cards.dll it will extract all the cards from the deck.

I used to rip the gourds out of XP derivatives with CC and that was fun. But now with my fresher re-format I let sleeping dogs lie. I just choose to eliminate recently installed game regs. And things work a lot smoother that way so it must be working.
