Spontaneous Reboot when using reg cleaner function.

I am not sure if this is a CCleaner problem, but it always happens when I choose scan for issues.
the screen goes black, and the machine reboots. I have disabled the restart option in system, and I really cant tell anything about the blue screen i now get.
My CCleaner vesion is 2.19.901. default options other than one pass secure delete.
My operating system is Windows XP Pro,fully updated.
Real Time security is Returnil Premium, and GeSWall free.
Kerio 2.1.5 fire wall and A-Squared 4 free on demand.
I check clean with Avira 9,DrWeb Cureit,and A-Squared.

I have ran CCleaner for years with no problem.
The only change in configuration recently is replacing Sandboxie free
with GeSWall free.

HD Tune shows a temperature range from 93f-to- 101f

I am really lost here.

Just a guess here but GeSWall may have been trying to protect the registry.
