When I click on the CCleaner Icon in Taskbar, the software opens but is hidden by any other window that is open. I have to reclick Taskbar Icon of CCleaner after it has opened to bring it to be the top placed window. This is the only software that this happems to. Every other piece of software becomes top placed window when opened.
Hope you can understand what I was trying to say, I'm not too sure on correct terminology; but this problem seems like a little bug to me.

Can CCleaner be used safely with Windows 7? I didn't see it listed in the supported OS list.
