I have grown frustrated, it's a very nice program but when it is running it can't be minimized. SO must work around it. I was wondering if this minor flaw could be fixed?

How long does Recuva run? On my sys a scan takes 1.8 secs. Do you mean when you are doing some large-scale secure overwrites?

deep scan hogs the screen, very annoying. this gets my vote
why cant the progres bar be part of the application? would allow resizing of the window then
