I found this,

which appears to be the current version of ccleaner in a portable version.
Is this supported? ie will it auto-update, and was it packaged by piriform? (I don't see a download link for it on piriform downloads)
Also, if there is a portable packaged version being maintained, it might be worth submitting a modified one to the portableapps.com repository as that is a very popular portable packing format and I regularly look there for new apps.

There is a portable version being maintained and you can find it by going to: http://www.ccleaner.com/download and clicking on the "Other builds" link near the bottom.
