I bought a new Monitor (HP 1702 LCD Flat Panel Monitor) 5 days ago. after two days, I was working when it suddenly started to flicker. I was advised to change the resolution, because the preferred resolution for my monitor is 1280 x 1024. yesterday, it flickered again. I tried to installed "HP L1702 LCD Monitor Driver" and "HP L1702 Flat Panel Monitor Support Software" from this site : http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechS...p;swEnvOID=1093 but in vain.
I restored it to the resolution 1024 x 768. it's stable but it's a bit blurred. now, it is working with 1280 x 1024, but I'm afraid to come across the same problem, I've had it three times so far.
is the problem from the monitor or just the resolution?
