It seems to me that when some discovers that they have deleted a file by mistake, that is not the time to download and install Recuva. We could write over the sectors that contain the file we are hoping to recover.

Now if we had the foresite to install it before we lost the file, we might have also lost some part of Recuva.
So I ask for a PortableApps version. this way, when the emergency occurs, I can plug in the USB drive and use it to find the lost file.

Note: This is not the case for CCleaner.
