When XP totally hangs and can't be restored, I format another SCSI disk (I have 3), set it to 0 and reinstall XP and all of its updates (ugh!) . After un-hiding files and making system files visible, I copy over the application parts (bookmarks, mail lists, etc.) from the old system disk (mostly from OLD XP -> Documents and Settings-> my name. It would be nice if CC would run against any disk I choose. As an aside, does CC clear out hidden and system files if the user has administrator privileges?
