The Scan shows
"Stage 1 of 2: Scanning drive for deleted files
Current progress: 329%, 58645 files found
Progress Bar shows 2/3 done, but goes blank occasinally
Estimated time left: bounces every second sporadically between 6 hours - 44 days"

I have options set to Deep Scan, and look for non-deleted files.

Let me know if there is anything else you need.

Thanks,
John

Interesting attachment !!

Perhaps you would like to post if you are using XP or Vista and which version of recuva.

Also is this something that has just started happening with recuva.

I have attached another screenshot as I have continued to let it run, it is now at 578%. I am using XP Pro SP3, all of my computer details are in the new screenshot, including the version of Recuva.

I have not used Recuva before, so I am not sure if this is new or not.

Thanks,
John ;)

Another screenshot, now at 1033%.... I need to cancel this at this point since it has been running for about 3 hours and going crazy the whole time.

I also ran Recuva without those options and it worked just fine and showed me a bunch of deleted files, so it is working, it just seems to not work with those two options enabled.
