Defraggler ok to use with Volume Shadow Copies?

I was reading this article on Microsoft on how defragging can screw up your Volume Shadow Copies on Server 2003.

Is Defraggler safe to use or will it cause the same issues? I've read that Diskeeper doesn't cause this problem, so I'm sure Defraggler wouldn't cause it, or soon enough wouldn't cause it. I like Defraggler a lot better than Diskeeper.
