I noticed when running it with free space wash w/ 7 passes my computer thinks that I'm using up diskspace.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Wipe Free space will create a file (no matter howmany passes you have set) Of extra ordinary size. At the end of Wipe freespace this file will be disposed of which'll then allow you the freedom of empty space.
I (and this is just a personal feeling not share by ALL regularly visiting members of this forum) am VERY against wipe freespace as it causes many users issues.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND AT www.piriform.com/docs

Threads like this, which are many, at a guess. The thread is quite valid, as the wipe free space operation is not always understood by many users: I would think that it is quite alarming to see an application run for hours just eating up disk space.
PS And wipe free space for the overwhelming majority of mankind is soooo unnecessary.
