S3xy.biz hijack, HJT log attached, please help!

Can anyone help me with this? My browser keeps being redirected to s3xy.biz when I start it up. I've run panda antivirus software, windows antispyware, ad-aware and CCleaner, but I'm still getting this redirect. I've attached the HJT log, can anyone help?

Remove these:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows Media APP] wmapp.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Windows Media APP] wmapp.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [a2rERWcpW] iaco35.exe

Also find and delete them via Start > Search
