I've been using Defraggler (and telling friends about it) for a couple of years now, but this is the first time I've posted to the forums. Prior to using Piriform Defraggler I used Diskeeper (a decent product; albeit expensive to keep updated), and I am SO much happier with the size, simplicity, effectiveness, and cost of Defraggler! Also worth mentioning is the fact that Piriform offers the Portable version of Defraggler (also FREE), which can be run from a USB stick! What does Diskeeper Corporation give away for free? Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero.

When I came to the Piriform Website this morning to read the Defraggler documentation (in order to learn more of its Advanced feature set), I decided to also visit the forums. I feel appalled that there are so few praises for this FANTASTIC and FREE software! Methinks there are too many people in the world who expect far more than they are willing to give, and l wish to address those of you who are among them...

Before complaining about the wonderful something you got for nothing, perhaps you should consider the facts that not only is Defraggler FREE, it's also one HELLUVA fine piece of code (software), and if you think that you can do better and GIVE YOUR HARD WORK AWAY TO THE MASSES, then let's see it, m'kay??

SO tempting to end that prior sentence with ".....otherwise STFU," but my mama taught me that if you can't say something nice then don't say anything at all (a lesson more mamas need to teach, IMHO) so I'll just leave at that.
