I am using Windoows XP and i have deleted a file which is very important from install folder can i retrive my folder back using recuva and also i need it very urgently. sugestions in advance are welcome.

Give recuva a try, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain

By the way when you say you have deleted a file from an install folder, did you mean you downloaded a program and have deleted a file from inside it's program files?
If so, just re-download the program and install over the top of the current one and it should replace that missing file. (sorry if I have misunderstood what you meant)
