Safe to delete Active X and com issues

Good day,

Is it safe to delete these Active X and com issues? if not all then how do I know which ones are safe to delete?

It depends on the ActiveX. A lot of programmes use ActiveX's some of mine do. Unless you state the name which you can do a web search for to see what it does then I would leave it. ;)
