I just ran ccleaner and my computer speed still the same. How can I tell my pc is cleaner? Upon results of analysis, ccleaner mentioned no Errors on my PC, then why does PC Speed Scan tell me I have 751 errors and offer Fix? Can someone explain.

The first thing I would do is get rid of PC Speed Scan. Have a read here:
StopBadware.org.
