:) Hi This is my 1st post on this well recommended Forums. "I hope the advice will be as good as the CC software"! I'm sure it will! lol!! Anyways....

My PC is usually somewhat secure with Progs such as S&D, ADAWARE SE, Spyblaster, asquared, MSAntispy, CWshredder, Norton AV, Kerio (free Firewall) and not forgetting CCleaner of which all are run & updated on a regular basis! Phew! ...But yesterday i installed my new MX1000 mouses software (setpoint) and since then i am having all sorts of probs. My main concern my Kerio FW was one of the progs that was hanging etc and because of this i've managed to lose all my FW's settings and i do not have a copy of the original config settings. And i am not sure if its software includes any thing dodgy. I have tried uninstalling it but the pc's still very slow and its hanging a lot! Any help will be much appreciated! :D

From now on please put the top part of the log up.It annoys me and it helps to know what version of windows your on and what version of hijack this you used.

Theirs a strange entry in that log. I would like for you to run this program:

Ewido Trojan Scanner (update before scanning)
http://www.ewido.net/en/

Put up a new log when finished.

My two cents for you are as follows: Remove Norton Anti-Virus from your system because it's a resource hog. You can just get the free AVG and it will run you just fine. Or you can pay for the pro version. Either way it's not as big of a drag on your memory. Second, your hijack has an 09 with a (no name) file in it. Take that off. Usually you don't need it. Have a good day.
