I would like to suggest the developers of CCleaner to add a new variant of Custom Files.

Now CCleaner is asking users to add a file (currently). And it deletes that

I suggest you that users must be able to add a file name. For eg: if an user adds a file name (say thumbs.db or Desktop.ini or what ever), CCleaner must search and clean those files from disk. This will be a good and new update to CCleaner.
