Hi,

I've had my computer for a few months now, and I have not been able to use Internet Explorer almost since the time I bought it. My brother borrowed it, and I am assuming he downloaded stuff he wasn't supposed to, because ever since that weekend, Internet Explorer windows will randomly pop up. When I exit out of one IE window, my computer freezes for a second before an error message appears, and every IE window open shuts down. I've been using Firefox, and it's working great. I just don't know what to do about the Internet Explorer popups. Every time I try to exit out of one, my computer freezes for a minute, and it's extremely aggravating. Please help!

I will be extremely grateful to anyone who helps me out. I'm a college student and I need my laptop every day.

• Download OTListIt2 to your desktop.
  
• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  
• When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output.
  
• Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check.
  
• Under Custom Scan paste this in

• Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTListIt.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTListIt2.
    
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time, and post it with your next reply. You may need two posts to fit them all in.
