Its a bit superfluous for me as I'm running WinPatrol PLUS and Secunia PSI.

You can do this yourself. Most apps that appear in the systray start when Windows starts up. Run CC and Tools\Startup and disable the apps you don't need. Do a restart and check what else is running in the systray.

If anything else is running that you don't want to see the run Task Manager and End Task some features that you recognise the name. If its a vital service then Windows won't let you End Task it. ;)
