I accidentally deleted a program under the 'Tools' list of Programs to Remove called 'appswebservice.com autocomplete', now everytime I close Internet Explorer I get an error message informing me that IE was forced to close and automatically opens a new IE window. Is there anyway to undo my mistake? Please help me!

Appswebservice.com is definetely spyware.
It might have come with a screensaver.
Try running an anti-spyware program like Ad-Aware or Spybot Search & Destroy - and see what happens.
You could also go into "Add/Remove programs" and uninstall it if you know what it's name is or what program (i.e.: screensaver) installed it. Although your chances of fixing it like that are rather low ...
P.S.: It looks recent so it might be hard to fix
