wont remove internet explorer autocomplete items

Both versions 2.17 and previous will not remove all of the autocomplete url items. It seems to clean some but not all. I am using Windows XP and Internet Explorer V7. An attachment is included to show problem. I typed "www.e" after a cc cleanup and I got the result shown.
