CCleaner fix - Error code 0X0D1 Blue Screen?

Running Windows XP on a Dell Inspiron. PC is 4 1/2 years old. Now getting the blue screen of death with error code 0X0D1, Disable BIOS Caching and Shadowing. Will CCleaner fix this?

No. Most likely you have a problem with a device driver. Was there a module name written under the 0x000000D1 error code (something ...sys)?

P.S. also, what is your Windows version?
