Hello people,
For some reason after running ccleaner the other day, I noticed that i couldn't print anymore. Did ccleaner delete my Hp files or something, and if it did can somebody please help me to recover them. I'm running on windows xp and i have a Hewlett packward deskjet 697 c.

Did you do an registry clean (issues)?
Didyou make a backup of these?
Have you tried system restore?
If you need to post back please include which operating system you are using.

Welcome to Piriform Aj.
Before you do a system restore just have a look whats listed in Control Panel - Printers & Faxes? If your HP isn't listed then I presume you have the installation CD? If you don't then go to the HP web site and download any updated drivers for your system. You haven't stated your system so you will have to choose one here.

If your using WinXP then it says the drivers are already installed.
