How do I defragment the MFT on an external drive? The boot-time defrag on other software doesn't work, as it is a USB drive.

Defraggle won't defrag any MFT's, if the drive isn't on defraggler's drive list. What is MFT? Will it even fragmentate?

This would be a heck of a handy feature to have!
As I have not found any reliable MFT cleanup tools available.

Ohhh sorry, MFT is Microsoft's Master File table, replaced the FAT and FAT32. Problem is it maintains itself, just not very well.
