Is it safe to run the things under the cleaner advanced part in windows tab?

Hi heat123, and welcome to the forum.

It is safe to run the advanced section of CCleaner, but only insofar as you know exactly what each individual feature does, and if it is something you need to run, as opposed to running these features simply because they're there.

As far as I'm aware, I don't think any of the members on here have all those items checked, just the ones they actually need on an individual basis. If in doubt, leave them alone, or come back for more advice.
