Hi there. My friend opened an email, thinking it was from his girlfriend from American Greetings (an e-card). The second he opened it, we have Symantec Corporate on our school laptops, and it went crazy and blocked stuff. I think it blocked Antivirus 2009. His problem is that some stuff doesn't show up in Firefox (images and stuff). The same sites load normally in Internet Explorer and Safari. So, I don't know if something is borked. • Download OTListIt2 to your desktop.
  
• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  
• When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output.
  
• Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check.
  
• Under Custom Scan paste this in

  msconfig

• Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.

  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time, and post it with your next reply. You may need two posts to fit them all in.
