When I scan for issues with CCleaner it finds a lot of stuff. Everything has a check mark in reg integrity.
It finds a lot of stuff in

Old start key menus
activex/com issues
invalid default icon
uninstaller reference issue


What happens when you click FIX SELECTED ISSUES ?

Being new to CCleaner I'm not sure if I should do that.

depending on your setting, it may prompt you to do a registry backup... and follow by that (applies also if it never prompt you for backup), you can choose to let CCleaner deletes all the registry keys listed... or you can choose to let CCleaner display each registry key and delete if you want to... otherwise, you can cancel the operation...
after CCleaner deletes all the registry keys, you may want to:
1. scan again...
2. restart your computer...
