If you see the screenshot and then compare it with the actual configuration of this old pc you will be able to see that CCleaner is not displaying the real configuration this pc has... for example the cpu is not getting displayed...

How old is the CPU? JUST A GUESS, but could it be that the CPU is so old, it isn't "supported". Supported may not be the correct term... Maybe identified is better.
