Annoying context menu entries

Hi,

There are some programs that adds context menu entries, it would be a good feature if ccleaner has an option to remove these entries ( for users who don't know how to remove them directly from regedit, I had to search the web to find out howto remove it ), some of those programs do not remove these entries even when uninstalling them.

I love this suggestion... a place to manage context menu entries as a new tool inside CCleaner... ;)

Although NirSoft makes two shell extension disable/remove tools (ShellExView and ShellMenuView) this is a very good suggestion for CCleaner.

I'd like to see it included someday too with the ability to:
* Disable
* Completely remove
Complexity of incoherent design.
