what do i uncheck so i can keep my passwords and user names.....ive been trying this and that and it still doesnot stay....

Welcome to the forum Eric 
Have you tried ccleaner options> cookies, and highlighting the entries you want to keep in the delete column, and then clicking the arrow in the middle of page to move them over to the cookies to keep column ?
Does it happen to all cookies, or just some? If just some, try unticking adobe/macromedia flash under applications.

very cool....thats what i needed just as you said keep the cookies...now i can work it....yes i wanted all "my sites" passwords and user names,very cool i will pass this on to some others that dont know how to work this...thanks Mod!
