How do I delete a second hard drive?

How do I delete my second hard drive using the 35 Gutman method? I couldn't find in CCleaner a way to set the cleaner process to this second hard drive, and when I start the clean process it only goes to c:\

I think the 35 Gutman method is a file shredder. It will render the data unrecoverable {in theory} but will not delete the drive. Is the drive a partition ? A different drive? Please elaborate.
If it isn't broke, tweak it.

You can't point CC to an alternative drive. CC cleans temp files from the system drive, which it assumes is c. It also assumes that no system folders/files have been moved to alternative drives/partitions, which is probably a safe option.
