Is there any way to retreive files after they have been cleaned out??

Depends what you mean by cleaned out. As you're posting this in a Recuva forum I assume you're familiar with Recuva, or at least know that it exists. Recuva will recover deleted files, whether via the recycler or not, if they haven't been overwritten by subsequently created new files. If the deletion method included overwriting then all you will get back will be zeroes or random data.

Why not install Recuva and try it? It's fairly harmless.
