There's this 1 certain file that Defraggler can't defrag, no matter how many times I try. Here's the info of the file that is still fragged.
Filename---------------Fragments------------Size-------------Path
pagefile.sys-----------------2-------------571,392KB----------C:\
Can anyone shed some light on this? Is there anyway I can defrag it manually? I'm not too good with computer files, etc, but i'll try to understand as best I can.

Welcome to Defraggler Discussion.
Have a look at PageDefrag as pagefile.sys is a Windows system file and needs a special application to defrag it:

You only need to run it once unless you change the system RAM.

It should also be noted that PageDefrag does not work on Windows Vista,
