Hello alanthomas,
Welcome to the forums !!! :D:)
Your second hard drive should be picked up automatically by Defraggler.
Check in Device Manager and make sure the device is having no problems.

Hello Davey,
I've checked that the second hard drive is ok, but it still does not get picked up in the defraggler!!

OK! If you are not using Raid and the drive does appear in My Computer then would you follow these instructions and run Defraggler in "Debug" mode and post your log ? This will help the developers figure out what is happening . http://forum.pirifor...showtopic=12840
Thanks for your help. :) davey
P.S. The "debug" procedure is updated some but not the documentation.
The word Debug 1 will appear in the upper left of Defraggler in the banner. Just click OK if you get the "No updates" message. The log will be in your Defraggler folder.

Click on this link and follow the instructions.
http://forum.pirifor...showtopic=12840

Cut and Paste the command that is provided. (Use the whole command including the "Quotation marks".)

"C:\Program Files\Defraggler\defraggler.exe" /debug

Click on Start > Run and paste the command into the Open line. Then click on OK.
Defraggler will start in "debug" mode.(You will see [ DEBUG 1] in the banner at the top left hand.)
Give Defraggler a little time to connect to all your drives.
Once you are satisfied that it isn't going to find any more drives, then exit Defraggler.
You will find the log in your Defraggler folder at C:\Program Files\Defraggler . The logs are time stamped.
Post your log and explaination at the bottom of the thread that you linked to.
Good luck, :) davey Any more advise just come back. We appreciate your help.
