It would help a bit if you gave a bit more information as to which build of CCleaner you are using, are you xp or vista, and whether you have used CCleaner before.

We are not mind readers :)

I have also seen this behavior in CCleaner v2.15.815
Using XP Pro SP2

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp
C:\WINDOWS\temp

Above two folders are not cleared. I found this out after a few viruses were hiding in there...

TSHsoft:
Folders can be added manually in the Options - Include section, however the advanced option "Delete files older than 48 hours in windows temp folders" does not apply, obviously.

Please have option to include these two folders as temp folders in a future release, since they are, in fact, windows temp dirs.

If not, perhaps a option could be added to the Edit button on the Include screen
"treat as temp" or "delete contents older than N hours"

Thanks for this excellent software!
