i cant seem to delete these files(there are other three) it all started yesterday when i tried to install Nero Lite to see if the installer is working.. now i have deleted the main app(Nero Lite) but i cant delete the other three it always shows that message and a source of file that i cant seem to find any can help me? thanks :)

Looking around there are a couple of nero cleaning tools available. Here is one of them
